About Us
The PEDIATRIC AIRWAY CENTER OF CHICAGO provides
a unique opportunity to work closely with physicians that
have extensive experience with disorders involving the
Pediatric Airway. Furthermore, our associated specialists
work very closely with appropriate patients to address
the complex medical and therapeutic needs based on the
severity of the disorder. A team approach is essential
for many children with airway disorders.

About
the Directors
Dr. David Walner and Dr. Robert Miller both completed
residency training in Otolaryngology/ Head and Neck Surgery
at the University of Illinois (Chicago). They both went
on to complete Pediatric Otolaryngology Fellowships at
the Children’s Hospital Medical Center in Cincinnati,
Ohio. The fellowship program is one of the leading training
programs in the world and provided extensive experience
in the diagnosis and treatment of various Pedaitric Airway
Disorders.
Dr. Walner and Dr. Miller have written multiple medical
articles and textbook chapters about disorders of the Pediatric
Airway. Both physicians present lectures to international
audiences about the diagnosis and treatment of Pediatric
Airway Disorders (including severe Laryngotracheal / Subglottic
Stenosis).
